Signature Suites uses the details you send through our forms only to reply to your enquiry, process a booking request, or check your review. We do not sell your data.

Booking requests and photo ID

If you send a booking request we ask for your name, address, contact details, dates, and a photo of a valid ID (passport or driving licence) so we can verify the booking. Your ID is stored privately, is accessible only to authorised Signature Suites staff, is used only for verification, and is deleted after your stay is complete unless the law requires us to keep it longer. We never ask for card details or payment through our website.
